The World Series of Poker Circuit main event has played to its end in Biloxi, Mississippi, with Travis Lutes taking home the tournament title and $95,253. A field of 270 players came out to the IP Casino Resort & Spa for the $1,600 buy-in main event. On the third and final day of play, Lutes sat down at the final table as chip leader. Narrowly trailing the Indiana-native in chips was Farid Nasserazad . After just 90 minutes of play, the other seven players at the final table were gone, leaving the two original big stacks to battle for the crown. Nasserazad took as much as a 6-1 chip lead at one point, but Lutes would not go away. After five hours of heads-up action, Lutes regained the chip lead and ended the tournament on this hand: Lutes checked on a flop of A 10 6 and Nasserazad bet. Lutes check-raised all in and Nasserazad called. Lutes showed A 6 for two pair and was ahead of Nasserazad’s A 9 . The board bricked, and Lutes earned the WSOP gold ring and the $95,253 first-place prize, the biggest cash prize of his career. In addition to the money and the hardware, Lutes has now automatically qualified for the National Championship , which is a 100 person, $1 million freeroll that will take place at Caesars Palace next May. Here’s a look at the final table results: 1. Travis Lutes – $95,253 2. Farid Nasserazad – $57,857 3. Bob Talbot – $42,523 4. Jason Cluxton – $31,295 5. Yair Alon – $23,445 6. Robert Gunter – $17,865 7. Jerry Monroe – $13,841 8. Steven Marshall – $10,898 9. John Holley – $8,717
