The Elite Eight are set at the 2011 NBC National Heads Up Poker Championship . Each of the remaining players are now guaranteed at least $75,000, but one of them will emerge on Sunday with the the title and a cool $750,000. Representing the Clubs Bracket is one of the best heads-up online players in the world, Olivier “livb112” Busquet and 2010 WSOP main event champion Jonathan Duhamel. In the Spades Bracket, David Oppenheim advanced as did Chris Moneymaker, who had to take down Doyle Brunson in the Sweet Sixteen. Andrew Robl knocked out the lone celebrity remaining in the tournament, Emmitt Smith and won once again to emerge with David Benyamine in the Hearts Bracket. In the Diamonds Bracket, 2010 runner up and all-around tournament monster Erik Seidel is still alive along with Vanessa Selbst. The eight players who were eliminated in the Sweet Sixteen all made $30,000 and included notables such as Phil Gordon, Phil Galfond, Michael Mizrachi, James Bord, Jason Mercier, Eugene Katchalov, Ayaz Mahmood and the aforementioned Brunson.
